On 31st August 2026, the Club held its first AGM, to formally adopt its new constitution and elect the executive committee. Dom Spens was unanimously elected as Chairperson.

It was agreed for the foreseeable future training classes will continue on Mondays in Lybster, but the club will look into running classes on another day of the week elsewhere in the county.

However it was also agreed that the first priority was to obtain some necessary basic equipment to safely extend the types of training done in class, and to pursue funding to purchase these. Two grant applications have already been made, and the committee will investigate what other donations or sponsorship might be possible.
